Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Toth Tool & Engineering, LLC does not provide any instruction, advise, or recommendations on the repair, maintenance, assembly or operation of firearms or any other potential dangerous devises. This site may contain instructions, advise, or recommendations from third parties that are not affiliated with Toth Tool & Engineering, LLC, by using this site or products sold by Toth Tool & Engineering, LLC you agree to hold Toth Tool & Engineering, LLC harmless in the case of injury or death from said products or as the result of said products. Any and all work performed on firearms should be complete and inspected by a qualified gunsmith.

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks
We accept USPS money orders in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a USPS money order. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.
Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will delay the shipment of the order until they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt plus and subsequent shipment of back orders. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Toth Tool & Engineering reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Other Conditions
These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Toth Tool & Engineering, LLC signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.
Out-of-Stock Products
Products that are out of stock cannot be pre-ordered, added to a current order, or added to a previous order. Only products that are in stock can be ordered and must ship as one order.

Returns
Orders that are unopened and in new condition can be returned within 7 days of purchase. We will gladly exchange products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 14 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return, provided the product is unused and unopened, within 7 days from the date of purchase.
We will not accept the return of products that have been opened, used, damaged due to misuse, or damaged due to abuse. All returns must have a RMA number, unauthorized returns without a RMA number will be assessed a $50 processing fee, packages and contents will be returned to the sender upon payment, with USPS money order, for return shipping charges.
Tools sold on this website are considered semi custom tooling that serve only one function, these tools cannot be return or exchanged due to a users inability to properly and effectively use the tool or due to the misunderstanding of how the tools works and what the tools is used for. The tools have been thoroughly tested and function as designed. Our tools are intended to be used by professional gunsmiths only, said gunsmith must have knowledge in the assembly and operation of the firearms they are using our tools on.
All returns will be subject to a deduction of actual shipping costs (regardless if free shipping was offered as an option), return shipping charges, intercept fees, and rerouting fees that we incur. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. By placing an order with use the customer agrees to our terms and conditions.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Time — Most orders received before 3:00PM will ship within 2 business days. Most orders received after 3:00 PM will ship within 3 business days. Orders are usually not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Toth Tool & Engineering, LLC or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
The majority of our customers do not want their orders to require a signature upon delivery due to conflicts with work schedules, errands, daily routines, ect. Due to this the default for orders will not require a signature upon delivery. Customer will be responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery unless the customer specifies, at the time of order, that they request the order be signed for upon delivery.
By placing a order with use the customer agrees to our terms and conditions.
Taxes
Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
